No additional percentages for <br />overhead, profit, or any other costs related to labor will be charged. Rates are current for 7/1/2026 - <br />6/30/2027. The City will consider annual adjustments based on CPI (Consumer Price Index, May of <br />applicable years) and submitted prior to the end of the fiscal year for approval based on ENR <br />Construction Index for San Francisco and Bay Area. <br />Milage - IRS Standard Rate shall be used, as adjusted by IRS guidelines. Exclusive of toll charges. <br />Subcontractor Markup shall not exceed 15% <br />Expenses: Reimbursable expenses are in addition to the agreed hourly fees and include actual <br />expenditures made by the consultant in the interest of the project. Eligible reimbursable expenses shall <br />be billed at cost with a 10 percent markup. Reimbursable expenses include such items as postage, <br />reproduction, drawing plotting, printing, special materials, or equipment for project deliverable to the <br />City.
