Rates are current for Fiscal Year <br />2023-24(7/1/2023—6/30/2024).The City will consider annual adjustments based on CPI(Consumer <br />Price Index, May of applicable years)and submitted prior to the end of the fiscal year for approval based <br />on ENR Construction Index for San Francisco and Bay Area. <br />Mileage—IRS Standard Rate shall be used,as adjusted by IRS guidelines. Exclusive of toll charges. <br />Subcontractor Markup shall not exceed 15% <br />Expenses: Reimbursable expenses are in addition to the agreed hourly fees and include actual <br />expenditures made by the consultant in the interest of the project. Eligible reimbursable expenses shall <br />be billed at cost with a 10 percent markup. Reimbursable expenses include such items as postage, <br />reproduction,drawing plotting, printing,special materials,or equipment for project deliverables to the <br />City.
