Adopt resolutions preliminarily approving the Engineer's Reports for Landscape <br /> Maintenance Districts 1984-1 (Ponderosa-Del Prado), 1993-1 (Windsor), 1993-2 <br /> (Bonde Ranch), 1994-1 (Oak Tree Farm), and 1995-1 (Moller Ranch), declaring the <br /> City's intention to assess the properties for the cost to operate and maintain the <br /> districts; and setting July 21, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. as the date and time for the public <br /> hearing <br /> Recommendation: Adopt Resolution Nos. 2026-043, 2026-044, 2026-045, 2026- <br /> 046 and 2026-047: <br /> 1. Preliminarily approving the Engineer's Reports for Landscape Maintenance <br /> Districts 1984-1 (Ponderosa-Del Prado), 1993-1 (Windsor), 1993-2 (Bonde <br /> Ranch), 1994-1 (Oak Tree Farm), and 1995-1 (Moller Ranch); <br /> 2. Declaring the City's intention to assess properties for the cost of operating <br /> and maintaining the districts; and <br /> 3. Setting July 21, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. as the date and time for the public <br /> hearing and authorizing the City Clerk to publish a notice of annual hearing <br /> in accordance with California Streets and Highways Code section 22626(a). <br /> 6.
