Approve plans and special provisions for the 2026 Miscellaneous Sidewalk <br /> and Pathway Replacement Project, CIP No. 26511; <br /> 2. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a construction contract with <br /> Villalobos and Associates for the low bid amount of$127,490; <br /> 3. Authorize the Director of Public Works to approve and execute contract <br /> change orders from a project contingency not-to-exceed $25,500, <br /> approximately 20 percent of the contract; and <br /> 4. Approve a budget amendment transferring $168,133 from the Deferred <br /> Maintenance — Asset Management Plan, CIP No. 26489 (Fund 201), to the <br /> 2026 Miscellaneous Sidewalk and Pathway Replacement Project, CIP No. <br /> 26511. <br /> 14. Approve plans and special provisions, and authorize the City Manager to enter into <br /> an agreement with Frontline General Engineering, Inc., in the amount of$284,951 <br /> for the Sassafras Court Storm Drain Interceptor Project, CIP No. 22484; and <br /> authorize the Director of Public Works to approve and execute contract change <br /> orders from a project contingency not to exceed $44,843 <br /> Recommendation: <br /> 1.
