Recommendation: <br /> 1. Authorize the City Manager to enter into an AMI CPX Agreement for Goods and <br /> Services with Core & Main LP for the Water Meter and AMI Replacement Project <br /> in an amount not to exceed $10,262,257; <br /> 2. Authorize the City Manager to enter into an AMI OPX Agreement for Goods and <br /> Services with Core & Main LP, for the software services, network services, and <br /> future water meters purchases in an amount not to exceed $2,514,096; and <br /> 3. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Design Professional <br /> Services Agreement with Kier and Wright Civil Engineers and Surveyors, Inc., in <br /> the amount of$925,411 for the development, evaluation, and creation of a precise <br /> roadway alignment for El Charro Road (CIP 27501), and approve the related <br /> budget amendments <br /> Recommendation: Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Design <br /> Professional Services Agreement with Kier and Wright Civil Engineers and <br /> Surveyors, Inc., in the amount of $927,618, and approve budget amendments to <br /> transfer $925,411 from the Tri-Valley Transportation Development Fee Reserve, <br /> CIP No. 01541, to the El Charro Road Precise Roadway Alignment Project, CIP <br /> No. 27501 (21430124-440108-27501) in the Tri-Valley Transportation <br /> Development Fund (Fund 214). <br /> Presentation by Mike Tassano, Traffic Engineer. <br /> Mayor Balch opened public comment.
