P25-0236, Tennis Court Lights, 2207 Martin Avenue - Appeal of the Zoning Administrator's approval <br />for an Administrative Design Review application (P25-0236) to install six approximately 15-foot-tall <br />tennis court lights in the rear yard of an existing property located at 2207 Martin Avenue <br />Recommendation: Deny the appeal and adopt Resolution No. PC-2025-19 affirming the Zoning <br />Administrator’s approval of the application. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Diego Mora presented the item. <br /> <br />Chair Morgan opened the public comment. Public comments were received from applicants Ashish <br />Choudhary and Meenu Gochhwal. <br /> <br />Chair Morgan closed the public comment. <br /> <br />MOTION: It was m/s by Pace/Mohan to deny the appeal and adopt Resolution No. PC-2025-19 <br />affirming the Zoning Administrator’s approval of the application, as recommended.
