Appointment of Planning Commission Chair and Vice Chair for 2026 <br /> <br />Recommendation: Appoint chair and vice chair for the terms beginning January 1, 2026. <br /> <br />With unanimous support, the Commission elected Commissioner Pace to the chair position <br />and Commissioner Jain to the vice chair position for the terms beginning January 1, 2026, as <br />recommended. <br /> <br />5. Appointment of Sub-Committee Representatives for 2026 <br /> <br />Recommendation: Appoint sub-committee representatives for the terms beginning January <br />1, 2026 <br /> <br />With unanimous support, Chair Morgan appointed Commissioner Jagoe to the regular member <br />position and Commissioner Wedge to the alternate member position on the Protected Tree <br />Board, and Commissioner Jain to the regular member position and Commissioner Jagoe to the <br />alternate member position on the Bicycle, Pedestrian, and Trails Committee for the terms <br />beginning January 1, 2026, as recommended. <br /> <br />6.
