ARROYO LAGO RESIDENTIAL PROJECT
ADDENDUM

FCS 149
Https://adecinnovations.sharepoint.com/sites/PublicationsSite/Shared Documents/Publications/Client (PN-JN)/2148/21480036/Addendum/21480036 Arroyo Lago Residential Project Addendum.docx
mineral resources of Statewide, regional, or local importance are present, and the project site and off-
site improvement areas are not designated for mineral resource recovery in the County’s General
Plan, ECAP, or other applicable land use plans. The County Project would not interfere with existing
or planned mineral extraction activities, nor would it preclude access to or extraction from adjacent
parcels. Therefore, the Prior FEIR concluded that impacts would be less than significant. (Draft EIR,
pp. 3.11-11, 3.11 -12, 6-17).
Proposed Project Analysis and Conclusion
Mineral resource conditions at the proposed project site remain the same as previously evaluated in
the Prior FEIR. As previously determined, the proposed project would not result in the loss of
availability of a known mineral resource that would be of regional, Statewide, or local value.
Therefore, the proposed project would not introduce new significant impacts or create substantially
more severe significant impacts than those previously identified in the Prior FEIR. No additional
analysis is required.
Zone 7 Stormwater Option
The Zone 7 Stormwater Option would have no impact with respect to mineral resources.
Mitigation Measures
None.
Conclusion
There is no new information of substantial importance, changes in the project, or changes in
circumstances under which it will be undertaken, identifying new significant effects, nor is there a
substantial increase in the severity of previously identified significant impacts related to mineral
resources. The conclusions from the Prior FEIR remain unchanged when considering the
implementation of the proposed project. No further environmental review is required.
