P26-0419, 1069 Serpentine Lane, Suite A Planning Commission <br />8 of 8 <br /> <br />SUMMARY/CONCLUSION <br />Based on the characteristics of the proposed use and its location, the subject proposal is <br />consistent with the applicable PMC regulations and PUD, and findings for approval of the CUP <br />can be made.
