This report shall include the types of investments, amounts invested with
various institutions, purchase and maturity dates, and yield on investments. The Director of
Finance affirms that the investment portfolio complies with the investment policy and will meet
cash flow needs for the next six months.

This report also includes check and electronic payment information for June 2026.

The City transitioned to a new reporting format that incorporates Chandler Asset
Management's Investment Report, beginning with the report for the quarter ended March 2026.
The average purchase yield (also known as book yield) indicates the annual rate at which the
City is currently earning income. Total return includes growth from income, realized gains and
losses from sales before maturity, and unrealized gains and losses (gains and losses on
paper) from changes in market value. Total return is compared to the City's risk and
performance-measurement benchmark, which is similar in duration to the City's portfolio
duration: the ICE BofA 1-5 Year Unsubordinated US Treasury & Agency Index.

DISCUSSION
The market value of the City of Pleasanton's primary investment portfolio increased by $15.1
million from $260.3 million to $275.4 million during the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
