Schedule A <br /> 1. Software - License Fees, Hosting and Support <br /> Licensee shall pay to Cassidian Communications an annual amount equal to $15,000 for the Software <br /> License, Hosting and Support Services provided hereunder, as set forth in the attached Proposal. Such <br /> amount shall be paid within thirty(30)days of the date of Cassidian Communications'invoice. In the event <br /> optional modules are purchased,additional fees may apply. <br /> 2. Services <br /> a. Set Up Fee <br /> Included in the licensing fee specified herein—see Proposal. <br /> b. Training Fees <br /> Included in the licensing fee specified herein—see Proposal. <br /> 3. Renewal Term <br /> Licensee's service term shall be adjusted to run from July 15t to June 30t" each year this Agreement is in <br /> effect at Licensee's request to comport its fiscal accounting year. In the event the new system is installed <br /> before July 1s`, Licensee will pay a pro-rata amount of the annual fee reflected herein, against which <br /> Cassidian Communications will provide a credit for any unused, pre-paid support in effect for the previous <br /> system. Following the Initial Service Term, the Software License, Hosting and Support services shall <br /> automatically renew at $15,000 annually, in accordance with the parties' Agreement upon payment by <br /> Licensee. <br />
