Financial Obligations. Will appear <br /> when invoiced. <br /> ($1,752.00) $0.00 $0.00 $0.00 <br /> (1) Pleasanton shall invoice Livermore and LPFD for each public agency's annual <br /> financial obligation, as set forth above. Payments shall be made within thirty (30) days. <br /> (2) Costs for calling minutes or SMS messages which exceed the block of minutes <br /> provided with the Shared Hosting Agreement shall be paid by the public agency which was <br /> responsible for making such exceeding calling minutes or SMS messages. Pleasanton shall <br /> invoice the public agency responsible for such exceeding costs, and payments shall be made <br /> within fifteen (15) days. <br /> (3) Any additional services requested by any one of the public agencies from Plant <br /> CML shall be the exclusive financial responsibility of that one public agency which requested <br /> such service unless the service is mutually agreed to be beneficial to all three agencies. Payments <br /> for such additional services will be invoiced to the responsible agency as set forth in Subsection <br /> (1), above. Unless the three agencies agree to jointly share the cost of such services. <br /> C. Other Provisions. <br /> 1.
