SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED BY CEMETERY360 <br /> 1.01. Pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the payment of the applicable fees set forth <br /> in Appendix A("Fee Schedule"),Cemetery360 will perform services checked above("Services"). The <br /> description of the Services are as follows: <br /> (a) Imaging Services. Cemetery360 will capture 360 imagery throughout the geographical location <br /> ("Cemetery")and on such dates as set forth in Appendix B. The Imaging Services will include, but not <br /> be limited to,the capture of 360 imagery of individual cemetery rows, pathways, outdoor and indoor <br /> structures("Captured Images")of the Client's cemetery as identified in Proposal(as defined below). <br /> Cemetery360 will develop location maps based on existing cemetery maps provided by the Client <br /> ("Cemetery Maps"). Cemetery Maps will overlay onto the Captured Images to create a virtual cemetery <br /> to give reference to the user on where they are located within the Cemetery("Virtual Cemetery"). <br /> (b) CemLS. Cemetery360 will provide virtual access and login credentials to access the Cemetery <br /> Listing Service and add, modify and delete published listing pages. <br /> (c) Hosting_Services.
