11.6 Remedies for Breach. In the event of violation or threatened <br /> violation of any provision contained in this Agreement, in addition to any <br /> other remedies provided herein or available at law or in equity, a party <br /> shall have the right to enjoin such violation or threatened violation in <br /> any court of competent jurisdiction. <br /> 11.7 Failure to Enforce Not a Waiver of Rights. The failure to <br /> enforce any provision of this Agreement shall in no event be deemed to be a <br /> waiver of the right to do so thereafter nor of the right to enforce any <br /> other provision of this Agreement. A consent to or approval of any act or <br /> request by any party as required by this Agreement shall not be deemed to <br /> waive or render unnecessary the consent to or approval of any subsequent <br /> similar- or dissimilar act or request. <br /> 11.8 Authorized Representatives.
