Ahkk <br /> EAST BAY REGIONAL PARK DISTRICT <br /> RESOLUTION No. 1986-9-178 <br /> September 9, 1986 <br /> AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> PROVIDING FOR MAINTENANCE OF DRAINAGE FACILITIES AND ACCESS ROUTE <br /> (TRACT No. 5351-RIDGEWOOD CONSTRUCTION CO. , INC.) : <br /> SHADOW CLIFFS REGIONAL RECREATION AREA <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton will be accepting maintenance of <br /> drainage facilities being installed on District land and draining into Arroyo <br /> Del Valle as a condition of Tract No. 5351 and under District Encroachment <br /> Permit No. 7E-86-81, issued July 23, 1986; and <br /> WHEREAS, the General Manager recommends such drainage facilities <br /> license due to mitigation provided; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the License with the City of <br /> Pleasanton for drainage facilities maintenance, as presented to the Board <br /> this date, is hereby approved, and the President and Secretary are hereby <br /> authorized and directed to execute and deliver said License Agreement to the <br /> City of Pleasanton on behalf of the District. <br /> MOVED by Director John O'Donnell, seconded by Director James H. Duncan, <br /> and adopted this 9th day of September, 1986, by the following vote: <br /> FOR:_ Directors James H. Duncan, Mary Lee Jefferds, <br /> Harlan Kessel, John O'Donnell, and Ted Radke. <br /> AGAINST: Directors none. <br /> ABSTAIN: Director Lynn Bowers. <br /> ABSENT: Director Walter H.
