25 <br />Part 10: Acknowledgment, Agreement, and Amendments <br />to Policies <br />As a condition of accessing and using ISO ClaimSearch®, each Participating Organization <br />shall comply with the ISO ClaimSearch Privacy and Security Policies (including updates) provided <br />to the Participating Organization and shall be responsible for ensuring its employees and <br />Authorized Users’ use complies in all respects with such policies . Before initial system access, <br />each Participating Organization shall acknowledge receipt of the ISO ClaimSearch Privacy and <br />Security Policies and agree to follow the requirements by signing and returning the Agreement and <br />Acknowledgment of Receipt Form. Furthermore, each Authorized User must execute an initial and/or <br />annual online statement of compliance with the ISO ClaimSearch Privacy and Security Policies. <br />ISO will meet and consult with the ISO ClaimSearch Claims Council on future material changes to <br />the ISO ClaimSearch Privacy and Security Policies. ISO, in its sole and exclusive discretion, may <br />amend these policies as needed. When ISO amends these policies, Participating Organizations will <br />receive notice providing a general summary of the changes and a copy of the amended policies. <br />Continued use of ISO ClaimSearch by the Participating Organization following any amendment <br />to the policies constitutes acceptance of the change(s) . <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 329281D2-142C-8B83-837A-7CD218C257C4
