Was recommended O&M project SP-4 from the WSMP. 12/31/2027 349,693 West Yost performed a SCADA cybersecurity assessment (as part of AWIA) & SCADA Master Plan (as part of the 2024 WSMP). The SCADA standards development is a next step recommendation building off these efforts. Due to the complex, confidential, and City specific nature of this work, West Yost will provide cost savings and improved technical performance that other firms will not realisticly match.
