3 <br />Staff inspection of installed Gulf Gas Station signage package <br />On April 17, 2025, staff conducted an on-site inspection to compare the installed signage <br />package against the approved Zoning Administrator signage package. The results of that <br />inspection are: <br />•Wall, Canopy, Pump Signage – In compliance <br />o Signage design and colors comply <br />o Signage dimensions comply <br />•Monument Sign – Not in compliance <br />o Sign design and colors comply <br />o Brick base and side surrounds comply <br />o Sign height does not comply (see Photo 1 below) <br />▪Approved monument sign height exceeds the height of previous monument <br />sign (protrudes above the height of the existing brick surround), which was <br />explicitly not allowed per the ZA approval. <br />As a result, the installed monument sign is required to be changed so the signage panel does <br />not exceed the height of the existing brick surround. <br />Photo 1 – Out of Compliance Monument Sign <br />Page 167 of 249
