Adopt Ordinance No. 2309 approving the Pre-Annexation and Development <br />Agreement between the City of Pleasanton and 330 Land Company, LLC for the <br />development of the Arroyo Lago residential project filed under Case Nos. P25- <br />0115, P25-0116, P25-0118, PUD-154, and Tract 8423 <br />Human Resources <br />4. Authorize the City Manager to sign the proposed side letter of agreement #1 <br />amending the hazardous materials elements of the Memorandum of Understanding <br />between the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department Joint Powers Authority and the <br />International Association of Firefighters, Local 1974 with term ending June 30, <br />2029 <br />Library and Recreation <br />5. Accept Public Improvements performed by Integra Construction Services, Inc., for <br />the Delucchi Park Musical Plaza, CIP No. 26788 <br />7.
