In accordance with City of Pleasanton Affordable Housing Program ("Program”) requirements, Trustor and Beneficiary entered into that certain Secondary Unit Regulatory Agreement and Declaration of Restrictive Covenants ("Secondary Unit Regulatory Agreement") and recorded in the Official Records of Alameda County substantially concurrently herewith (the "Secondary Unit Regulatory Agreement").
