Compensation for services shall be based on actual hours incurred in accordance <br />with the billing rates presented in Attachment B – Rate Schedule. <br />The estimated level of effort for this engagement is approximately 832 hours for <br />the one-year contract term, commencing July 1, 2026. Based on this estimate, we <br />propose a not-to-exceed amount of $163,364. <br />Unless otherwise requested and authorized by the City, services under this <br />engagement will be perfor med remotely and billed at the remote rate. Any onsite <br />services requested by the City will be billed at the onsite rate in effect at the time <br />services are rendered.
