KRISCH & COMPANY | PAGE 17 <br />Assumptions <br />1.The City will provide timely access to personnel, records, reports, software <br />applications, and supporting documentation necessary to perform the services <br />described in Attachment A. <br />2.The City will designate a primary point of contact to coordinate requests, <br />provide approvals, and facilitate communications related to the engagement. <br />3.Consultant services are advisory and administrative in nature. Final <br />responsibility for policy decisions, accounting determinations, write-offs, <br />collections actions, rate approvals, and other management decisions remains <br />with the City. <br />4.Services are expected to be performed primarily remotely using City-provided <br />system access and electronic documentation. Any onsite services requested by <br />the City will be scheduled as mutually agreed. <br />5.Services will be performed on an as-needed basis and may be adjusted during <br />the term of the agreement to address changing operational priorities and <br />staffing needs. <br />Additional services requested by the City that are outside the scope of this <br />engagement may be performed only upon mutual agreement regarding scope, <br />schedule, and compensation. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 6B836ED1-D2E2-8C5B-8057-7264A76F2D0A
