Through our prior engagements, we have <br />gained a deep understanding of the City's operations, financial processes, and organizational <br />objectives. This knowledge allows us to provide efficient, practical, and responsive support <br />while minimizing the learning curve typically associated with new consulting engagements. <br />We understand that the City's current priority is to maintain critical Utility Billing operations <br />and support key accounting and administrative functions during a period of limited staffing <br />resources. Our proposed approach focuses on these core business needs, including accounts <br />receivable aging management, collections support, audit assistance, rate implementation, and <br />related advisory services. <br />We are pleased to present the enclosed proposal and look forward to continuing our <br />partnership with the City.
