PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />Form SP 30 31 10 18 Page 1 of 1 <br />© 2018, The Hartford <br />(May include copyrighted material of Insurance Services Office, Inc., with its permission) <br />BRANDS AND LABELS <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />SPECIAL PROPERTY COVERAGE FORM <br />Except as otherwise stated in this endorsement, the terms and conditions of the Policy apply. <br />The following is added to Paragraph A.5.,Additional Coverages, of the Special Property Coverage Form: <br />Brands and Labels <br />If,in the event of covered physical loss or physical damage to “stock”that is branded or labeled,and we elect <br />to take all or any part of the physically damaged property at an agreed or appraised value,you may extend <br />the insurance that applies to Covered Property to apply to: <br />(1)Expenses you incur to: <br />(a)Label or stamp salvage on the damaged “stock”or its containers,if doing so will not physically <br />damage the property; or <br />(b)Remove the brands or labels,if doing so will not physically damage the “stock”.You must relabel the <br />“stock” or its containers to comply with the law. <br />(2)Any reduction in the salvage value of the physically damaged merchandise as a result of the removal of <br />the brand or label. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 9DF92A24-B534-85BA-8088-342315DF1839
