PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />Form SP 30 52 10 18 Page 1 of 1 <br />© 2018, The Hartford <br />(May include copyrighted material of Insurance Services Office, Inc., with its permission) <br />UNAUTHORIZED BUSINESS CARD USE <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />SPECIAL PROPERTY COVERAGE FORM <br />Except as otherwise stated in this endorsement, the terms and conditions of the Policy apply. <br />The following is added to Paragraph A.6.,Coverage Extensions, of the Special Property Coverage Form: <br />Unauthorized Business Card Use <br />(1)We will pay for loss resulting from the theft or unauthorized use of business credit,debit or charge cards <br />issued to you or registered in your name or the name of your business. <br />(2)We will not cover the use of a business credit, debit or charge card: <br />(a)By a person who has been entrusted with the card; or <br />(b)Any of your “employees”. <br />(3)All loss: <br />(a)Caused by one or more persons; <br />(b)Involving a single act or a series of related acts; <br />is considered one occurrence regardless or the number of individual unauthorized transactions. <br />(4)If suit is brought against you for liability arising out of a loss resulting from the theft or unauthorized use of <br />your business card,credit,debit or charge card,we will pay for reasonable legal expenses incurred in that <br />defense under this Coverage Extension. <br />(5)The most we will pay in any one occurrence under this Coverage Extension,including legal expenses <br />described in Paragraph (4)above,is the Limit of Insurance shown in the Declarations for Unauthorized <br />Business Card Use. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 9DF92A24-B534-85BA-8088-342315DF1839
