PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />Form SP 30 54 10 18 Page 1 of 1 <br />© 2018, The Hartford <br />(May include copyrighted material of Insurance Services Office, Inc., with its permission) <br />LEASEHOLD IMPROVEMENTS <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />SPECIAL PROPERTY COVERAGE FORM <br />Except as otherwise stated in this endorsement, the terms and conditions of the Policy apply. <br />The following is added to Paragraph A.6.,Coverage Extensions, of the Special Property Coverage Form: <br />Leasehold Improvements <br />(1)If your lease is cancelled in accordance with a valid lease provision as the direct result of a Covered Cause <br />of Loss to property at the location in which you are a tenant,and you cannot legally remove “tenant <br />improvements and betterments”,we will extend Business Personal Property coverage to apply to the <br />unamortized value of “tenant improvements and betterments”that remain and that you were forced to <br />abandon. <br />(2)The most we will pay in any one occurrence under this Coverage Extension is the Limit of Insurance <br />shown in the Declarations for Leasehold Improvements. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 9DF92A24-B534-85BA-8088-342315DF1839
