PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />Form SP 31 35 10 18 Page 1 of 1 <br />© 2018, The Hartford <br />(May include copyrighted material of Insurance Services Office, Inc., with its permission) <br />OUTDOOR SIGNS ON PREMISES <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />SPECIAL PROPERTY COVERAGE FORM <br />Except as otherwise stated in this endorsement, the terms and conditions of the Policy apply. <br />The following is added to Paragraph A.6.,Coverage Extensions: <br />Outdoor Signs On Premises <br />(1)We will pay for direct physical loss or direct physical damage to outdoor signs at the “scheduled <br />premises” which are: <br />(a)Owned by you; or <br />(b)Owned by others but in your care, custody or control. <br />(2)Section B.,EXCLUSIONS, does not apply to this Coverage Extension, except for: <br />(a)Exclusion B.1.b., Governmental Action; <br />(b)Exclusion B.1.c.,Nuclear Hazard; and <br />(c)Exclusion B.1.e.,War and Military Action; <br />(3)Under this Coverage Extension, we will not pay for loss or damage caused by or resulting from: <br />(a)Wear and tear; <br />(b)Hidden or latent defect; <br />(c)Rust; <br />(d)Corrosion; or <br />(e)Mechanical breakdown. <br />(4)The most we will pay in any one occurrence under this Coverage Extension is the Limit of Insurance <br />shown in the Declarations for Outdoor Signs On Premises. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 9DF92A24-B534-85BA-8088-342315DF1839
