PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />Form SP 30 12 10 18 Page 1 of 1 <br />© 2018, The Hartford <br />(May include copyrighted material of Insurance Services Office, Inc., with its permission) <br />VALUABLE PAPERS AND RECORDS <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />SPECIAL PROPERTY COVERAGE FORM <br />Except as otherwise stated in this endorsement, the terms and conditions of the Policy apply. <br />The following is added to Paragraph A.6., Coverage Extensions, of the Special Property Coverage Form: <br />Valuable Papers and Records <br />(1)You may extend the insurance that applies to Covered Property to apply to your “valuable papers and <br />records”or “valuable papers and records”of others while in your care,custody or control while on or away <br />from the “scheduled premises”, including while in transit. <br />(2)Under this Coverage Extension, we will not pay for “valuable papers and records”: <br />(a)Held as samples or for delivery after sale; <br />(b)In storage away from the “scheduled premises”; or <br />(c)If such “valuable papers and records” cannot be replaced with other property of like kind and quality. <br />(3)Section B., EXCLUSIONS, does not apply to this Coverage Extension except for: <br />(a)Exclusion B.1.b., Governmental Action; <br />(b)Exclusion B.1.c., Nuclear Hazard; and <br />(c)Exclusion B.1.e., War and Military Action. <br />(4)The most we will pay in any one occurrence under this Coverage Extension is the Limit of Insurance <br />shown in the Declarations for Valuable Papers and Records. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 9DF92A24-B534-85BA-8088-342315DF1839
