PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />Form SP 30 14 10 18 Page 3 of 3 <br />© 2018, The Hartford <br />(May include copyrighted material of Insurance Services Office, Inc., with its permission) <br />(2)Requires any insured or others to test for,clean up,remove,contain,treat,detoxify,or neutralize,or in <br />any way respond to “pollutants and contaminants”. <br />The expiration date of this Coverage Part will not cut short the "dependent property period of restoration". <br />3.The following definition is added: <br />“Secondary dependent property” <br />a.Means an entity which is not owned, leased or operated by a “dependent property” and which: <br />(1)Deliver materials or services to a “dependent property”,which in turn are used by the “dependent <br />property” in providing materials or services to you; or <br />(2)Accepts materials or services from a “dependent property”,which in turn accepts your materials or <br />services. <br />b.A road,bridge,tunnel,waterway,airfield,pipeline or any other similar area or structure is not a “secondary <br />dependent property”. <br />c.Any property which delivers any of the following services is not a “secondary dependent property”with <br />respect to such services: <br />(1)Water, wastewater removal, communication, power services or any other utility services; or <br />(2)Any type of web site, or Internet service. <br />The “secondary dependent property” must be located in the coverage territory of this Coverage Part. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 9DF92A24-B534-85BA-8088-342315DF1839
