Binder Articles of Agreement Binder Page 3 of 48 BOUND - TERMS AND CONDITIONS This binder is subject to the terms, conditions and limitations of the policy(ies) in current use by the Company. This binder may be cancelled by the Insured by surrender of this binder or by written notice to the Company stating when cancellation will be effective.This binder may be cancelled by the Company by notice to the Insured in accordance with policy terms conditions and as may be allowed under state underwriting laws.This binder is cancelled when replaced by a policy.If this binder is not replaced by a policy,the Company is entitled to charge a premium for the binder according to premium quoted. This binder is effective for only sixty (60)days.Within such (60)day period you must receive the policy or an extension of the binder for continuation of coverage. Prior to the effective date of coverage,The Hartford must be advised of any change in the information provided by or required to be provided by the applicant,or any change in the exposure basis,hazard or risk contemplated by this proposal since the original submission date.Such information may result in an appropriate change in coverage or premium or cancelation of this binder. This binder provides a summary of coverages.For a complete description of all coverages,terms,conditions and exclusions,please refer to the insurance policy.In the event of a conflict,the terms,conditions and exclusions of the insurance policy shall prevail.A complete list of The Hartford's policy forms with the most recent edition dates are available upon request or online on the Electronic Business Center (EBC),Insurance specifications and other requests for coverage that are not incorporated in this proposal confer no rights and do not amend,extend or alter the coverage afforded by The Hartford.
