PLEASANTON ART LEAGUE - FIRST AMENDEMENT

FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT This First Amendment to Agreement (“First Amendment”) is entered into this 1st day of July 2026 by the City of Pleasanton (“City”) and the Pleasanton Art League, a non-profit organization (“PAL”). Whereas, on April 25, 2025, the City and PAL entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU” or “Agreement”); and Whereas, the terms of the contract need to be updated; and Whereas, the parties desire to amend the Agreement; Now, therefore, in exchange for valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: 1. Section 3. E of the Agreement, “Art Sales” is amended to read: “Any sales of any exhibited artworks in the annual art show inside the Harrington Gallery shall be handled according to the procedures and provisions as outlined in the City of Pleasanton Artist Agreement. The City shall conduct all sales of any exhibited artwork and retain a commission of twenty percent (20%). An additional ten percent (10%) will be distributed to the Pleasanton Art League (PAL). 2. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
