4 . Any transporter who brings Pleasanton's materials for <br /> deposit to the Deposit Site, whether the transporter .is an <br /> employee, agent or independent contractor of Pleasanton, <br /> shall be authorized to execute a written certification on <br /> behalf of Pleasanton that no hazardous waste or hazardous <br /> substances are contained in the transported material. <br /> 5. Pleasanton shall pay Jamieson $20 per truckload (regardless <br /> of size of truck) of materials deposited on the Deposit <br /> Site; Jamieson shall give Pleasanton a credit of $20 per <br /> every truckload of materials which Pleasanton purchases from <br /> Industrial Asphalt or from Jamieson. <br /> 6.
