Gachina Landscape Management demonstrated a <br />comprehensive understanding of the project goals, competitive pricing, an organized and <br />efficient approach to completing the work, effective communication with field crews and City <br />staff, adequate staffing resources, and a collaborative approach to accomplishing the <br />anticipated work. <br /> <br /> EQUITY AND SUSTAINABILITY <br /> Landscape medians and roadsides enhance the appearance and identity of the City and <br />its neighborhoods. The proposed agreement with Gachina Landscape <br />Management is for an amount not to exceed $1,848,051.
