Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br />Adoption of the resolution is solely for the purposes of satisfying the requirements of TEFRA, <br />the Internal Revenue Code and the California Government Code Section 6500 (et. seq.). <br /> <br />OUTREACH <br />A Notice of Public Hearing for the TEFRA Hearing conducted by CSCDA on August 27, 2026 <br />was published in the locally circulated newspaper Tri-Valley Herald on August 13, 2026. There <br />were no comments from the public at that virtual hearing. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact to the City from this action. The Bonds will be issued as limited <br />obligations of CSCDA, payable solely from revenues and receipts derived from a loan to be <br />made by CSCDA to the Borrower with Bond proceeds. The City bears no liability with respect <br />to the issuance of the Bonds.
