Recreational Program Fees <br />The City Council authorizes staff to establish fees for new programs and adjust fees for existing <br />programs based on the actual cost to provide the program. <br />Fees will be set to limit the General Fund subsidies for these programs and services, dependent <br />upon the overall benefit of the program within the community. <br />Service Category Maximum General <br />Fund Subsidy <br />1.
