<br />Meeting Minutes Page 1 of 3 Planning Commission <br /> <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION <br />REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Wednesday, July 22, 2026 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE, AND ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Chair Pace called the regular meeting of the Planning Commission to order at 7:00 p.m. from <br />the City Council Chamber located at 200 Old Bernal Avenue. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wedge led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />Present: Commissioners Dave Jagoe, Ken Morgan, Stephanie Wedge, Anurag Jain, and <br />Chair Brandon Pace <br /> <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS - None <br /> <br />Chair Pace made comments in regard to the “Little Fire” in the Pleasanton/Sunol area. He <br />gave thanks to the Fire Department, Police Department, and everyone that helped with the <br />evacuations. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />1. Actions of the City Council <br /> <br />Recommendation: Receive the report. <br /> <br />2. Approve the meeting minutes of June 24, 2026 <br /> <br />Recommendation: Approve the meeting minutes. <br /> <br />3. P26-0419, PMHT Inc., 1069 Serpentine Lane <br />An application for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a religious facility with a maximum of <br />30 people on site at any one time.
