P26-0255, 1225 Hopyard Road and 4100 First Street <br />Adopted a resolution modifying the General Plan land use designation from Public and <br />Institutional (P&I) to High Density Residential (HDR) for the properties located at 1225 <br />Hopyard Road and 4100 First Street and the Downtown Specific Plan land use <br />designation for 4100 First Street from Public (P) to High Density Residential (HDR); and <br />introduce an ordinance to re-zone a portion of both properties at 1225 Hopyard Rd and <br />4100 First Street to Planned Unit Development-High Density Residential (PUD-HDR) to <br />allow for up to 10 units of residential density on each property, as implementation of <br />Program 7.6.8 in the City's Housing Element. <br /> <br />5. Adopted Ordinance No. 2308 approving (1) initiation of proceedings for annexation <br />(P25-0115), (2) General Plan amendments (P25-0116), (3) rezoning (P25-0118), <br />(4) a Planned Unit Development (PUD-154) plan for residential development with <br />related on- and off-site infrastructure, and (5) a Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map <br />(Tract 8423) associated with the Arroyo Lago residential project. <br /> <br />6. Adopted Ordinance No. 2309 approving the Pre-Annexation and Development <br />Agreement between the City of Pleasanton and 330 Land Company, LLC for the <br />development of the Arroyo Lago residential project filed under Case Nos. P25 - <br />0115, P25-0116, P25-0118, PUD-154, and Tract 8423. <br />
