OTHER INSURANCE, is deleted in its entirety and replaced <br />with the following <br />This Policy is excess over any other valid and collectible insurance regardless of whether such other <br />insurance is primary, excess, contributory, contingent, or otherwise, unless such other insurance is <br />written to be specifically excess over the insurance provided by this Policy.
