h /+►� <br /> Exhibit A <br /> Description of Work <br /> Artist Dee Dee Morrison shall create a 9 foot 14 gage laser cut stainless steel sculpture titled <br /> "Pollinators" previously approved by the Civic Arts Commission (see attached photo of <br /> maquette) Artist will transport the Work to the Operation Services Center when completed. <br /> Scope of Services <br /> Dee Dee Morrison shall: <br /> 1. Fabricate the sculpture <br /> 2. Coordinate final installation schedule with City Staff <br /> 3. Transport the sculpture to the Operation Services Center by late Spring/early Summer <br /> 2019 <br /> 4. Aid and consult in the installation <br /> Location <br /> The work shall be installed by City staff and/or contractors at the Oak Woodland Area of the <br /> Bernal Community Park, located at 7001 Pleasanton Avenue, Pleasanton, Ca. <br /> Materials and Fabrication Method <br /> The sculpture shall be a 9 foot, 14 gage laser cut stainless steel oak leaf, similar to the <br /> maquette that was provided. <br /> Supplemental Materials <br /> The artist shall supply a manual for the City's public art collection management program which <br /> includes materials, specifications, and describes routine maintenance needs, recommendations <br /> for care and other considerations for upkeep of the mural. <br />
