' l
Jocelyn Kwong
From: Michael Stella S1
Sent: Monday,June 12, 2023 2:17 PM
To: Pleasanton City Clerk
Cc: Kim Roberts
Subject: Fw: NN 120019219 CONTRACT 50045069 V3 PM 35214199
Attachments: PG&E Owens at Johnson Traffic Signal Service contract-redacted.pdf
Please see the note below from PG&E concerning execution of the subject agreement for electrical
service. PG&E claims that a printed name for the PG&E representative is sufficient for the agreement to be
legally binding.
I checked the City's records for this project to see whether these agreements have been consistently
processed. The subject agreement is the second of four that the City will ultimately execute as part of the
JDEDZ roadway improvement project. The first agreement was executed by then-City Manager Fiahlo in 2021
without a corresponding signature from PG&E. It therefore appears PG&E is being consistent.
Please return the executed agreement to my attention in Engineering so I can forward it on to PG&E. Our
representative,Jessica Jones, is awaiting this agreement before proceeding with our service request. Thanks
again for your assistance.
Michael Stella, P.E./QSD (he/him)
Senior Civil Engineer, Land Development
City of Pleasanton Engineering Department
ph. 925-931-5656
mstella@cityofpleasantonca.gov
City of Pleasanton I P.O.
