Executive Summary <br />The 2026 Pleasanton Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan provides a roadmap for improving walking, bicycling, and rolling <br />throughout the city over the next decade. Building upon the 2018 Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan, this update reflects com- <br />pleted projects, current community priorities, evolving travel patterns, and advancements in active transportation planning and <br />design. The Plan establishes a community-driven vision and identifies infrastructure, programmatic, and policy improvements that <br />will create a safer, more comfortable, and more connected network for people of all ages and abilities.
