2. CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br />A. City shall, when normal communications methods are possible, follow the <br />notification procedures outlined in Exhibit B when it needs to establish a <br />shelter at one of the listed facilities. <br />B. City shall exercise reasonable care in the conduct of its activities in such <br />facilities and when provided with documented inventory and cost <br />information, shall replace or reimburse District for any foods, supplies or <br />damage to the facility or equipment arising from the conduct of shelter <br />activities. Upon termination of the use of a facility as a shelter, City shall <br />leave the facilities in its original condition. <br />3. INDEMNIFICATION <br />A. City shall defend, hold harmless, and indemnify the District against any <br />legal liability in respect to bodily injury, death, and property damage arising <br />from the use of the facilities as a mass care and shelter in case of a local <br />disaster. <br />eg f �df� 61 <br />City Clerk <br />APPROVAL AS TO FORM <br />Michael H.
