P25- <br />0115, P25-0116, P25-0118, PUD-154, and Tract 8423 <br />Recommendation: Adopt Ordinance No. 2309 approving the Pre-Annexation and <br />Development Agreement between the City of Pleasanton and 330 Land Company, <br />LLC for the development of the Arroyo Lago residential project filed under Case <br />Nos. P25-0115, P25-0116, P25-0118, PUD-154, and Tract 8423. <br />Human Resources <br />4.Authorize the City Manager to sign the proposed side letter of agreement #1 <br />amending the hazardous materials elements of the Memorandum of Understanding <br />between the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department Joint Powers Authority and the <br />International Association of Firefighters, Local 1974 with term ending June 30, <br />2029 <br />Recommendation: Authorize the City Manager to sign the proposed side letter of <br />agreement #1 amending the hazardous materials elements of the Memorandum of <br />Understanding between the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department Joint Powers <br />Authority and the International Association of Firefighters, Local 1974 with term <br />ending June 30, 2029. <br />Library and Recreation <br />5.Adopt Ordinance No. 2310 updating the Pleasanton Municipal Code Title 2 to <br />modify the duties, frequency of meetings, and maintenance of membership for the <br />Civic Arts, Human Services, Library, and Parks and Recreation Commissions, and <br />Page 6 of 46
