ZONE 7 TRANSMISSION AND SEWER LINE ELEVATION: The Sanitary Sewer <br />lines need to be installed below domestic water mains (see snippet below from <br />sheet C4 of the VTM): <br /> If this is not possible, design a 10-foot long sleeve at the domestic water <br />main crossing, extending 5 feet on each side from the center of the sanitary <br />sewer line <br />(Address this condition prior to City of Pleasanton permit approval). <br /> <br />53. ZONE 7 CONSTRUCTION NOTIFICATION: Notify Zone 7 Water Agency at least <br />48 hours prior to any construction activities involving Zone 7 utilities, including <br />potholing and utility crossings. All potholing of Zone 7 utilities shall be performed <br />using hydrovac method. ENGINEERING DIVISION FEES FOR SERVICE: The Engineering Division <br />assesses fees for services including plan-check, permit issuance, and inspection <br />according to the City’s adopted Master Fee Schedule. These fees are separate <br />and distinct from fees assessed by the Community Development Department <br />(including Planning and Building Division fees). The applicant is responsible for <br />payment of all Engineering Division fees prior to services rendered or permit <br />issuance, whichever is first.
