Page 1 of 8 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT THIS DESIGN PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into September 15, 2026, between the City of Pleasanton, a municipal corporation ("City"), and Wood Rodgers, Inc., whose address is 4670 Willow Road, Suite 125, Pleasanton, CA 94588, and telephone number is (916) 341-7760, ("Consultant"). RECITALS A. Consultant is qualified and experienced in providing general civil engineering and land surveying services for subdivision map review. B.City finds it necessary and advisable to continue using the services of Consultant for the purposes provided in this Agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and conditions in this Agreement, City and Consultant agree as follows: 1.Consultant's Services. Consultant shall diligently continue perform the services described in Exhibit A, Scope of Work, attached hereto and incorporated herein, which services were commenced under the parties’ prior agreement and are being continued under this Agreement, to the extent consistent with the terms of this Agreement. 2.City Assistance. In order to assist Consultant in this work, City shall provide, if necessary, contract plans and specifications, archive drawings and reports, related to existing City’s facilities, aerial photography, City’s standard specifications and design guides, answering non- technical questions during bid period, reviewing all Consultant’s deliverables and providing comments in a timely manner, AutoCAD files for City’s title block and standards and record drawings related to the City’s existing utilities. 3.Staff. Consultant shall assign Karrie Mosca to serve as Project Manager, who may not be replaced without written consent of City. 4.Term. The term of this Agreement shall commence on July 1, 2026, and shall continue through June 30, 2027. The work as described in Exhibit A, Scope of Work, shall be completed by June 30, 2027. 5.Compensation. For the services to be rendered, City shall pay Consultant on a time and material cost basis, as described more particularly in Exhibit B and shall be in accordance with the Rate Schedule contained in Exhibit B, which is attached and incorporated to the extent consistent with this Agreement. Payment shall be made on a monthly basis upon receipt and approval of Consultant's invoice.
