The following scope <br />of work is based upon review of the Request for Proposal received May 8, 2026. <br />Scope of Work Estimated Fee <br />Task 1.01: Final Map for Tract 8749 - Review <br />Wood Rodgers will provide a technical map review of the items received for this <br />Final Map. The review will check that the map adheres to the Subdivision Map Act <br />and any local ordinances at the time of the tentative map. <br />The review will be addressed in a redline format for the map and written format for <br />the Final Map review.
