As we stopped work more than 3 <br />years ago, FCS has prepared this updated scope, fee, and schedule to confirm the level of <br />effort needed to complete the CEQA process. We have also reached out to Ninyo & Moore <br />and Balance Hydrologics to include their input regarding any updates or refinements that <br />would be needed for their work. We note that TJKM has updated the traffic impact analysis <br />as of March 2023, we assume in direct contract with the applicant. <br />Please confirm when we are authorized to proceed with the additional work.
