This Agreement is entered into following the City's evaluation of budgeting and planning solutions, including the Porterhouse proposal package dated August 14, 2026 (statement of work, pricing, and scope assumptions) and the pricing and packaging presentation reviewed with the City on August 17, 2026 (collectively, the "Proposal Record").
