3 . WORK. Subdivider will do or cause to be done and per- <br /> formed the following described work: <br /> Improvement pursuant to plans entitled: "Stoneridge <br /> Townhouses , Phase III, and Gold Creek Renovation <br /> Work, Tract 3150, Pleasanton, California" prepared <br /> by MacKay and Somps , Civil Engineers , dated July, <br /> 1930, and May, 1931, respectively, as approved by <br /> the City Engineer. <br /> 4. INSPECTION. City shall inspect all of said work through <br /> an inspector employed by City at the cost and expense of subdivider. <br /> Subdivider has paid City the cost of such inspection as fixed by <br /> Ordinance. <br /> Subdivider shall provide at request of City soils testing data <br /> for areas affecting the above-described improvements . Said data <br /> shall be compiled by a qualified soils testing engineer without <br /> expense to the City. <br /> 5. PLAiQS. All of said work shall be done and materials <br /> furnished in strict accordance with the approved plans for said <br /> tract to be filed with the City Engineer, and in accordance with <br /> the standard specifications and details of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> It is further understood that the work and materials shall be under <br /> the supervision of the City Engineer, and performed and installed <br /> to his satisfaction. <br /> 6. RELATED CONTRACTS AND PROCEEDINGS . Subdivider agrees to <br /> be bound and promises to perform or pay obligations binding upon <br /> land included in said tract, as though he were an original party <br /> thereto, for related contracts and City Council or Planning Com- <br /> mission proceedings as follows : <br /> (a) Annexation agreement by and between the City of <br /> Pleasanton and Stoneson Development Corporation, <br /> 3150 -20th Avenue, San Francisco , California, dated <br /> October 4, 1965 . <br /> -3- <br />
