Section 8.12. Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed <br />in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be an original <br />but all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. <br />Section 8.13. Authority to Contract. This Agreement is <br />executed on behalf of CITY, by Deborah Acosta , its duly <br />authorized representative.
